Another short but sweet post

Shamadin! Fun blog I've read once but figured I'd link to because that once was fun. Not sure if two different people are posting here but there are deffinitly two characters. A shaman and a paladin. Yay! Actually I think it is two different people but /shrug you know?

3 minutes left at work then a flurry of shopping, babywatching, eating and general daddy/husbanding.

I posted in a comment on MBB's site that I would deffinitly roll a priest next but warlock orc makes me curious today. Curse my vacilitating state. Clarifying: when I make an alt after me and PrettyOrc get to level 50+.... This may never happen... 4:55pm about to get off kindof thinking you know.

Woah! I was combing my google analytics and I found your awesome linkup. Thanks!

Ag and I are actually two distinct humans though its hard to tell sometimes. He does the Shammy thing. I do the Paladin thing. You can tell us apart via quality of English. (Aka mine is worse!)

Yep, we are definitely two distinct people. In addition to telling us apart via our use of language, you can identify me via my discussion of playing both horde and alliance (go neutrality!).

My limited battleground experience is mostly horde, so I'll be keeping up with your site. Thanks for the link!

Guildless.

Me and Wulfa are now guildless. This came as kinda a shock and with no communication from the deciding party. I'm currently looking for a guild for us. We are not "raiders" and will never be. We do research our gear and fights and in general our classes. We are looking for a guild that we can be a part of, chat with, and not be expected to raid or be on specific times. I think that means we're looking for a "social" guild. We are primarily alliance but once finances get squared away(aka my bonus arrives) we could possibly convert to horde. If anyone knows of any guilds that they would recommend please let us know.

The Cat is Out of the Bag

I wonder where that expression comes from? There is this fabulous book that can tell you, only I forgot the name of it. Next time I come across it I think I'm going to have to buy it. Anyway. I was going to wait. A long time. Maybe forever. I don't like people coming up and hugging me, smiling and saying congratulations, or asking me questions. But Damm was talking to his recruiter about insurance. And he mentioned something that he should've told the recruiter was non-repeatable, because 5 minutes later the recruiter told Damm's mother (I have no earthly idea why he's talking to her-I keep forgetting to ask). After that I had to tell my mother. We haven't told any extended family members because there are quite a few here celebrating Damm's mother's graduation and that would be the worst form of torture I can imagine. So yeah, I'm knocked up again :P And this time I'm getting the t-shirt. "It" is due August 11. I have not been to a doc...

Programming.

Someone enlighten me. I keep running into this idea with certain people I talk to. "Why are you charging me for this custom program? It has already been written for another bank. All of the work is already done." I've tried explaining that programs are like books. Even though you only wrote it once you charge it multiple times. I've tried explaining that custom programs are like our software product. You have to pay for YOUR copy, even though we've already written and sold copies to other people. The last person I tried to explain this to told me that I "shouldn't argue with the customer". /sigh This isn't a complex idea.
