More workout stuffs.

Wednesday Jan 26th Morning --Ran for about 30-40 min doing 100m sprints followed by 100m jogs. Wednesday Jan 26th Evening --115 pushups and 30 situps. I need to be doing more situps but am concerned about aggravating my hernia surgery site. No real excuse though for not doing them. Thursday Jan 27th Morning. --2-2.5 mile run going to happen in about 5 min.

Old School Vampires.

I've read "Dracula". I've read biographies on Vlad the Impaler. I've read Anne Rice. I've read "The Historian" (which is one of my favoritest books ever ). I've also read the Twilight series and Laurell K. Hamilton. So I'm fairly well acquainted with vampire lore. Ok, now that's been established, moving on. I overheard the following discussion at B&N this past weekend. It was conducted by two lovely girls who were trying-and failing-to dress goth. "Man, they've gone too far from old-school vampires. Vampires shouldn't be all twinkly. And what's with going out in daylight? The old ones exploded when they did that!" I've made up a bit of that, since I don't have a photographic memory, but the gist is the same. I started giggling as I overheard their conversation. Heard while she was on the toilet: "Momma, the poop is coming out of my left arm!" When she is older she will no doubt be absolutely horrified that I would share this with people:) BTW, she knows about the large and small intestines. We were at the doctor's office and there was a poster of someone's innards up on the wall. We spent a pleasant 15 minutes discussing what each part was and what its function was.

Jan 24th Morning.

Did pyramid pushup's alternated with random ab exercises for an hour this morning as part of ROTC pt. Sundays' have been declared rest days for PT. No PT those days. Tonight the plan is to run for a bit. Just for posterity I'm recording my actual goal amounts in each catagory. Pushups Goal: 58 Last Test: 48 Situps Goal: 64 Last test: 49 Run: Goal: 15:06 Last Test: 17:36 ES TAN ESPONJOSO!!!!
