I respecced and wooo I likes it. Less tearing my lovely leather jacket gifted to me from PrettyOrc.

Also! Thanks BBB for listing out the patch. I started downloading it right before ducking out to work and didn't get a chance to read it. I don't have to spend talents to use big axes yayayayayayayay dear blizzard I love you. I like everything about this patch. Everything.

Sadly I won't get to enjoy/test this bounty until tomorrow night probably. Tonight my half-orc Druid has to help a group of rag-tag adventures saved the world with the aid of our SHINY PELORIAN MEN.

Now for the questions:

1) Someone please give me detailed instructions into how I get a shiny bar like BRK, BBB, renoobed? You know the one... it has a picture of your race and your name and your latest stats of importance to you?

2) How often does the Armory update and what do you need to do to get it to log your character's stats? Because I'm not seeing my spiffy awesome new magic shield.

There is the link to the sig creator. It also has some other cool tools there too.

I'm not sure about the armory thing. I'll try to find out.

That's the sig creator I use (shown at the bottom of my blog). There's many different ones out there tho :)

The armory updates whenever it wants to, pretty much. There was a phase a month ago or so when the European Armory died on half the characters. Half the people in my guild were stuck on early September gear, while the rest were updated aproximatly daily. It took them ages to sort it out, but hey, it's still in Beta, right?

I wonder where that expression comes from? There is this fabulous book that can tell you, only I forgot the name of it. Next time I come across it I think I'm going to have to buy it. Anyway. A tanking guide.

Here is the situation: Your guild has been busy all day long while your at work. You finally get home and log in and are informed that the GM(and main tank) is about to leave and you are now assigned tanking duty. You start to panic. You don't know what to do. And agro is already spiralling out of control. Ever been in that situation? I have. So I decided I would write a guide for this very situation. Step 1) Are the appropraite debuffs up? Step 2) Do you have the tools? Step 3) Are you practicing the fundamentals? Step 4) Are you prepared for the long haul? And Step 5) How to finish with a resounding silence.
