I count 34. Not bad. Considering a large portion of these are books I wish I could take back reading. His Dark Materials, Moby Dick, Brave New World, Lord of the flies, and Tess of the Dubervilles being high on the why did I read that factor. Several of the books I haven't read I read the synopsis and said... oh hey I'm not even going to bother. Grapes of wrath, Crime and Punishment, to kill a mockingbird are some of these.
Any book I've underlined I wholeheartedly recomend.

And I, um, have 51. ::cough::
To be fair, about 15 of those I read in my two AP English classes in high school. So I guess our english program is a bit better now than it was.
