Guess what?!

Wulfa dinged 62 late, late last night.

I HAVE STEADY SHOT I HAVE STEADY SHOT I HAVE STEADY SHOT

Now I need to go back and read all of Pike's Posts on the subject .... I read them before, but I didn't read read them. Because of the lateness of dinging last night I have yet to experiment with Steady Shot but that will come today. Maybe .... I've been working soo hard on lvling that I'm considering taking a short break. But then, there is a new pair of pants awaiting me at lvl 63(and the ones I'm wearing now are butt-ugly but have really good stats), a whole new range of quests should have just opened up, and my brother is catching up with me. So, that break might not happen.

I did create the cutest little gnome mage named Orclette. Why didn't I think of this before? When Wulfa dings 70 her adventures will start. I'm totally nostalgic about the Dwarven area and very eager to get back to it, be young again, have no worries, no cares ....

And as the real Orclette is wanting my attention, this is the end. Goodbye.

Softi has a gnome character named Zackman, after our first son and I have a character named Magimaximus after our second. I don't really play on him though.

Gratz on 62 Wulfa! Steady Shot is amazing! I'm a fan of the 1:1 shot rotation myself so I loves me some SS. 7 more levels! Ooo, you should be moving to Zangarmarsh soon if you haven't already.

Congrats!

Note: I'll be on Phinnigan here and there this weekend. Maybe we could do a guild run or something? Not sure how many 40ish people are in BBB's guild. Phinnigan is 44 or 46, I forget now!

@One Among Many: Wulfa's up for something! Just let me know, she's going to ding 63 this weekend by hook or by crook.

@Deathrender: I wasn't born in Zangarmarsh but I got there as fast as I could.

@Pike: Steady Shot=Love Love Love

About time you made that mage. Even though I think you should get the little one a WoW sub for the birthday :P

Guildless.

Me and Wulfa are now guildless. This came as kinda a shock and with no communication from the deciding party. I'm currently looking for a guild for us. We are not "raiders" and will never be. We do research our gear and fights and in general our classes. We are looking for a guild that we can be a part of, chat with, and not be expected to raid or be on specific times. I think that means we're looking for a "social" guild. We are primarily alliance but once finances get squared away(aka my bonus arrives) we could possibly convert to horde. If anyone knows of any guilds that they would recommend please let us know.

The Cat is Out of the Bag

I wonder where that expression comes from? There is this fabulous book that can tell you, only I forgot the name of it. Next time I come across it I think I'm going to have to buy it. Anyway. I was going to wait. A long time. Maybe forever. I don't like people coming up and hugging me, smiling and saying congratulations, or asking me questions. But Damm was talking to his recruiter about insurance. And he mentioned something that he should've told the recruiter was non-repeatable, because 5 minutes later the recruiter told Damm's mother (I have no earthly idea why he's talking to her-I keep forgetting to ask). After that I had to tell my mother. We haven't told any extended family members because there are quite a few here celebrating Damm's mother's graduation and that would be the worst form of torture I can imagine. So yeah, I'm knocked up again :P And this time I'm getting the t-shirt. "It" is due August 11. I have not been to a doc...

Programming.

Someone enlighten me. I keep running into this idea with certain people I talk to. "Why are you charging me for this custom program? It has already been written for another bank. All of the work is already done." I've tried explaining that programs are like books. Even though you only wrote it once you charge it multiple times. I've tried explaining that custom programs are like our software product. You have to pay for YOUR copy, even though we've already written and sold copies to other people. The last person I tried to explain this to told me that I "shouldn't argue with the customer". /sigh This isn't a complex idea.
