Celebrate! No, wait, I have classes all day ...

Today is our 3rd wedding anniversary. Damm woke up at some insanely early hour so he could run the 4 miles to school. I woke up at 7 but the Orclette refused to wake up so here I am ..... typing a post, waiting for the little princess. To be fair, we think she was running a small fever last night and she did NOT sleep well at all.

Anyway, Wednesdays are our very longest days. Damm isn't done til 7:30/8 p.m., I'm not done til 6ish p.m., and I work the next day so I can't stay up late. Plus our babysitter has choir practice ... I'm not saying nuthin 'bout that. Must retain calm demeaner.

So basically no celebration this year. Tax return hasn't hit yet so we don't have any extra monies anyway, well, not until Damm leaves. And then I will be rich :D hehe. But we're already planning a long weekend away once Damm gets back so I'll think we'll celebrate the anniversary, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Damm's birthday, etc. at that time. And I think we're exchanging gifts ... I'm lobbying for a new ring to match my engagement one (my actual wedding ring cost $20 at Walmart. We were running out of funds at that point). I know what I'm getting him and he doesn't and he reads this blog, so, I can't tell.

And my little princess is making awake sounds.

I wonder where that expression comes from? There is this fabulous book that can tell you, only I forgot the name of it. Next time I come across it I think I'm going to have to buy it. Anyway. I was going to wait. A long time. Maybe forever. I don't like people coming up and hugging me, smiling and saying congratulations, or asking me questions. But Damm was talking to his recruiter about insurance. And he mentioned something that he should've told the recruiter was non-repeatable, because 5 minutes later the recruiter told Damm's mother (I have no earthly idea why he's talking to her-I keep forgetting to ask). After that I had to tell my mother. We haven't told any extended family members because there are quite a few here celebrating Damm's mother's graduation and that would be the worst form of torture I can imagine. So yeah, I'm knocked up again :P And this time I'm getting the t-shirt. "It" is due August 11. I have not been to a doc...

For the Empress and the Motherland

I finally got the gluing done after getting generic brand normal freakin original superglue. Gorilla glue foams and takes 30 min to dry. The guy at hobby lobby obviously misunderstood me or was a complete retard. I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt seeing as he was dealing with me in full on manic state. So I'm really excited about my new hobby and cannot wait to start priming and painting. For those that play I'm planning on playing mostly with pIrusk to start but eventually fessing up the money for a jack heavy Karchev list. Because jacks are awesome and -nearly- jack warcasters are also awesome. Anyways thats what Dammy is up to. Our blog has wavered a lot in focus from its origional WoW roots but that is life. Right now I'm kinda interested in Cata but not a lot. Without a surplus of interest from Wulfa I'm very unlikely to return to the game. School kicks up next week. Cannot wait.
