1) How do you become a more detail oriented person? Pay Attention To Detail has become the mantra of why I messed things up in the past 6 months. 2) What horde class/race combo should I play? DK seems un-inspiring as a class to come back to. 3) How many wins will the Texans get this season? We're finally looking like the playoffs might happen and I'm practically frothing at the mouth. Especially as my Texas A&M Aggies are looking pretty weak after their last game. 4) Who all reads this blog anymore? I'm pretty sure Wulfa has effectively become the main poster in my extended absence and our collective withdrawal from WoW. 5)Any thoughts on handling a pretty packed schedule and still being good parents to two amazing munchkins who deserve so much more than "Daddy is studying right now..."

We picked CC because well.... *I* wanted to play horde and we kinda know some of the guys there from our old guild that collapsed spitting and dying in drama. We're probably also going to drop in on the Parallel peeps who so very kindly have let us hang in the guild despite our many long -walk aways- from wow. Although I'm not sure if you get auto kicked by the game when you unsubscribe. Thats aboooot as informy as I get today. I'm still tired from the mix of classes and ROTC that happened yesterday.

I've added a creative commons license at the top of the blog to give notice that we don't approve of any copying of our blogs. I'm hoping that is what it does anyways. My legal foo isn't very strong. I've also contacted the blog we found using our posts and requested they stop doing so and remove all of our content from their site. We'll see if that works. If it doesn't, well much like Tobold I don't have the resources to do much about it other than disagree on them doing so. We're considering a return to Azeroth on a very limited basis. The level of work, stress, and general business is wearying and we are pondering the idea that maybe one evening together would be good. Who knows. The problem with RL activities is that we'd need a sitter and/or the planning for even a small dinner with friends is intense at this stage. And finally, uhm.... thats it.

Absolutely train-wreck your workout plan. Monday I made it to spinning, Tuesday I went running, but by Wednesday the game was up and I was sick. I spent the evening watching Gilmore Girls. I think I already said that. Thursday I didn't feel recovered enough to do anything. Friday I went running and did my pushups/situps/squats (that being my strength routine at the moment) and today at some point I will run 3 miles. Gotta start going a bit longer than my usual 2 miles-my dad called me up and said "You wanted to do that Bataan run right?" Yes, yes I did. Not the full marathon, not yet anyway. I've been told there's a pit of sand that can make strong men and women break down and cry. We're going to tackle the 15-miler. Can put you out of a week's worth of studying time. Miniorc got it first, then Orclette, then Damm, and now me. We haven't had time to be sick, so both of us have been gamely driving on ... until last night when I simply could not anymore. I let Damm take care of me and watched Gilmore Girls. It was almost fun finally acting like a sick person ... is that an indication of how busy we are? The following paper was a reaction paper written for my Russian class. I got high grades on it ... yayness! It's all about Soviet authoritarianism. They got rid of the Romanovs and then got themselves a dictator-doesn't seem like they changed a whole lot. It has been a wowzer of a week. First we hosted a Labor Day/birthday party, then Miniorc began teething and not sleeping at night, and then mountains of homework and ROTC activities crashed down on us. I've got a couple papers that I'm going to share. I've been a bit leery about posting them-what if someone steals my ideas? When I posited that concern to my singer/songwriter brother (who has experience with copyrighting and stuff), he said with the utmost of care, "Wulfa, you're an undergrad ." But that suspicion and OCD-driven carefulness means that I'm in the right field, right? I've also got some thoughts on the subject of studying history. I don't think it's as easy a degree as some people think; not if you do it right, that is. And FYI, conversations with a good historian are a thing of beauty. More on that later.
